We believe that life should be filled with joy and purpose, which is why we're always striving to offer a wide range of events and activities that cater to the diverse interests and passions of our members. Whether you're seeking spiritual enlightenment, looking to expand your social circle, or simply craving some good old-fashioned fun, we've got you covered.
We'd love to have you join us at any of our upcoming events!
Our commitment to fostering a sense of belonging extends beyond attending events; we actively encourage and embrace involvement from our members. If you have a knack for event planning or a desire to make a difference in our community through volunteering, we warmly invite you to reach out and share your talents with us. Together, let's create a future filled with compassion, unity, and joy. Contact us today and let's embark on this incredible journey together!
The annual appeal from the Diocese, formerly called Returning God’s Gifts, is now up and running. Our parish goal is $29,713. This is just a bit more than last year. If you haven't received the DMA brochure in the mail, we have plenty of copies in the narthex next to our DMA Thermometer to keep track of our progress. It would be wonderful to see everyone participate, even if it is only a small contribution. Remember that for years now, our parish has received a subsidy from the Diocese. For this fiscal year, the amount was $20,000. We are blessed. Let us make the effort to reach our DMA goal this year. Click to see the Diocesan Ministry Appeal Video.
Now that the work of the Planning & Development Committee is finished, and we have the Master Plan for our St. Benedict campus, we now need to form a Building Committee. This committee will immediately begin to work toward the construction of the playground using the $30,000 grant we received for this specific purpose. Then, pending the approval of the Master Plan by El Paso County, the Building Committee will initiate work on Phase One of the Master Plan.
If you have questions or are interested in serving on the Building Committee, email frgoodyear@stbenedictfalcon.org.
